This Agreement outlines the terms under which Vegas Pro Window Cleaners will provide professional window cleaning services.

Scope of Service: Services may include exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track cleaning, hard water removal, French pane detailing, and other approved add-on services selected in this quote.

Pricing: Pricing provided before inspection is an estimate only. Final pricing may increase based on window count, access difficulty, heavy buildup, hard water stains, paint, construction debris, oversized windows, damaged screens, or any service condition not included in the original quote.

Glass & Screen Condition: Vegas Pro Window Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage, broken seals, scratches, cracked glass, damaged tint, brittle screens, worn tracks, or windows that do not open or close properly.

Recurring Discounts: Recurring discounts apply only while the customer remains enrolled in recurring service. If recurring service is canceled, future pricing may return to regular one-time service rates.

Access & Cancellation: Customer agrees to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled service time. Cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fees may apply if the team cannot access the property or if service is canceled without proper notice.

Payment: Payment is due according to the approved quote and selected payment method. A valid payment method may be required before scheduling service.
